Review Sheet for Final Examination
This course is designed to impart sound knowledge of Catholic doctrine on the seven sacraments through a series of lectures on sacramental theology supplemented by readings from and discussions of primary source materials. Along with sacramental doctrine, the course overviews traditional questions regarding the sacraments and summarizes their theological and liturgical history. Students will become familiar also with resources for studying sacramental theology and liturgical practice, particularly those available on the internet. Such resources will serve students’ ongoing process of self-formation and support them in their apostolate or ministry.
