Sacred Doctrine Interactive Online Syllabus

Van Slyke, S.T.L., Ph.D. Office: Gabriel Hall 107 Phone: 734-337-4193 Course PurposeThis course is an introduction to Catholic doctrine, especially as it is articulated in the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Students will also discover how the current Catechism draws from ancient tradition by studying the catechetical practices and priorities of ancient Christians. Outcomes: By the end of the course, the successful student will be able to articulate and defend the central doctrines of the Catholic Church.
